The Fastest Way to Lose Weight
Tuesday, January 20th, 2009Yes, I know the absolutely fastest way to lose weight. In fact if you try my method I bet you can lose at least 5% of your weight (10lbs if you’re 200lbs) in a week. The best news about this method is that it is incredibly simple and anybody can do it. Even better there are no products to buy or special foods to purchase. This method will actually save you money!!!
The method I am referring to is called don’t eat. With don’t eat you simply do not eat. A very simple program that anybody can do and will actually save you money on groceries. You can do it for as long as you would like (although it’s not recommended) until you achieve your ideal weight.
Of course this is a joke. Another fast way to lose weight is to cut off a limb. The point is that you should not be focused on losing weight at an incredible pace but rather focus on losing the right kind of weight, fat not muscle, and focus on changing your lifestyle habits so you can maintain the weight loss.
There are many drastic measures you can take to lose weight but I guarantee none of them are healthy and you will not maintain the weight you do lose. Nobody can live their life on a starvation diet or working out 20 hours a week. Your focus should be on making small lifestyle changes week after week that will lead to huge results.
The person who loses 20lbs in a month and then regains 30lbs the next month and has to restart again has really only gained 10lbs in 2 months and lost nothing. Remember it’s not where you currently are but where you end.
